The National Kidney Foundation of Illinois (NKFI), is sponsoring a program that provides kidney screening and education while on the move. KidneyMobile was first launched in November 2005 and continues to support communities. Through this program, services such as, diabetes, blood pressure, glucose testing, and follow-up visits are offered. To date, over 8,000 people have been screened.
