The Take 2 Tell 5 campaign was created for people at risk of developing kidney failure. It’s especially designed for African Americans with kidney disease. The idea behind the program is to help raise awareness. By spending only two minutes for kidney disease testing and telling five friends and/or family members to get tested, it may help reduce or prevent kidney disease.
